🌞 Un retiro que dejó huella y se atesora 💎 This morning I asked Santina what she thinks about being constantly seeing signs or symbols and make relations of that with different stages or situations in life. She say that we must follow those signs because that is the universe inviting us to live our lives fully in contact with what is really important. Otherwise we will just follow our minds and that is almost like staying in the basement of the house. She invited me to go upstairs and then come out to the garden. I can not count how many signs I have noticed and feel this past days in your company. #yoga #ashtangayoga #gestalt #pucon
