The end of the ‘23 CrossFit is upon us 💯
Where did time go!?🔥

The open is about more then just fitness. It’s about the opportunity it presents be fearless in the face of challenges that you thought were impossible.💯

It’s about the fear you overcome and turn into internal drive to achieve something you never thought possible🔥

It’s not easy. We never said it would be❤️‍🔥
You made it through.

You proved it to yourself once again.

The level up is right around the corner if it hasn’t already arrived.

We are proud of you🫶🏼

Our community is proud of you.
Rest in peace 😂👊🏼

Believe it or not…
Yes, that is one of the things that Protein can do for you.

Protein isn’t just used for muscle, protein will be broken down into its base form of amino acids. Then used!

There’s 20 amino acids, that all do different things for the body.
As an example, one of the amino acids “Phenylalanine”
boosts the entire nervous system,
Improves memory and motivation,
Enables better UV ray absorption and production of vitamin D.

And when we’re not getting enough protein in to get that amino acid, those great benifits are taken away and put into a deficit.

Maybe your horrible energy levels have something to do with what you’re eating ?

Here’s some sources of food that you can find Phenylalanine.

Dairy products
Seeds
Nuts
Almond
Avocado

Enjoy.
