Meet the team behind Betting on Beloit🏡. House by house, block by block, we’re turning this town around!

None of this would be possible without Pete. He always finds a way to get it done and keep things fun.

Kristin and Mitch are Konya’s trusted design duo called in when she needs a fresh perspective or a little reassurance before making bold decisions.

Konya’s nephew and co-realtor, Connor, who helps Konya find the perfect next buyer for each of her transformations.

Last, but not least, Konya’s husband Matt. He is a plumber by trade, but is always helping out no matter the ask.

Proud to unveil our latest transformation in the Beloit College Park neighborhood ✨
742 Church Street is almost ready to hit the market — and she’s a standout, if I do say so myself!

This one has truly been a labor of love for my team and me, and I couldn’t be more proud of how every detail came together! #bettingonbeloit #beloitcollegepark #homedesign #wisconsinhomes #historichomerenovation

So happy to be apart of my client’s dream bedroom. With views of Lake Michigan, the space already carried a natural sense of calm and beauty. From there, we kept things soft and calm.

This bedroom defines the design style New Traditional (or New Trad). Classic architecture, like the fireplace and window seat sets the foundation. Mixing my client’s heirloom art collection with a Mid Century style chair is one of my favorite ways to keep a room feeling classic but current.
