are always ALL THE WAY 🆙

for years people have asked me how tf do i love LOVE the stair stepper + how tf did I work my way up to staying on those bad boys for 30-45 mins straight 🥵

the love ➡️

•it’s a combo of how flipping challenging it ALWAYS is helps me with mind over matter ish

• it has help with my posture by strength back, core + glutes resulting in less low back pain

•the sweat - if you know me i LOVE a good sweat 🥵

+ we can’t forget to mention the helped with weight melt off + boost mood - hello any exercise ftw 👋🏾

how’d i work my way up to 30-45 mins? ⬆️

started with 15 mins 4 days a week . every 5 min i would take a 1 one min rest then as the weeks went on I added in speed intervals + 5 mins each week. i also did my best to push off the 1 min rest as far as possible resulting in less breaks + before i knew it i was at a cool 45 mins 🙌🏾

if you’ve been following me for a minute you know I can’t mention the stair stepper with out mentioning @luceyok and @roseyok bc with out those two I would of never stepped on the damn stairs. love you ladies!
