2025 💫

I wasn’t going to do this because I kinda thought ‘well not much has happened this year’ but looking back it’s been amazing!

Lots of trips, lots of memories, Becoming an ESN athlete, starting a YouTube channel, signing up with a coach to level up & growing as a person all massive highlights for me. 🫶🏽

Here’s to another great year and some big goals to go after 🫶🏽✈️

Sometimes what we truly need isn’t an escape from life, but a small spark within it. A spontaneous walk, a new café, a different route home — these little acts of curiosity wake up the mind and refresh the soul. Our brains are wired to crave new experiences, not because we are restless, but because discovery reminds us we are alive. You don’t always need to plan a big trip to feel renewed; even the smallest adventure can shift your perspective and bring back your sense of wonder. Let life surprise you in the in-between moments — that’s where joy quietly waits to be found!

Intentions 🫀f life!
