I wrote and produced this album back home in the Faroe Islands, surrounded by incredible people. I’m deeply grateful to Tróndur and my band, who produced this album with me, and to everyone who has been part of this journey from beginning to end.

I hope these songs can offer some solace and bring light to your night sky 🌘

Entrancing, embroidered spiderwebs shimmer alongside the metallic finish on gorgeous, opulent frames in this month's @blacklands.art interview (link in bio). Lisa Kirk's (@lucifersthelight) pieces look like they belong in night gardens, beside real gossamer and nocturnal flora and fauna, illuminated by moonlight. But unlike real spiderwebs, the metal thread makes them almost eternal.
Together with fellow artist Kinnat Sóley (aka. @Merchbabe) she also contributed to the design of the new @eivormusic album, releasing tomorrow.

VOIDIANS! Gather in the beer tent, here is what‘s happening after the last show:

FRIDAY//

@hyperfocus____ (Nuremberg), a familiar face in her hometown’s underground through her work with the genre-defying concert crew Noize Circuit and electronic music collective We All Die Worse, showcases the full breadth of her musical taste with a set created exclusively for Void Fest. Seamlessly moving from synth-driven cold wave and dark wave to post-punk and experimental sounds, she crafts a captivating, punchy selection - a set that offers a glimpse into the diverse musical universe that has shaped her.

Enchanting, charming, and hot as an oven: Harry Hotter (@realguenterharry ) is ready to snuggle up close and spoil you with music all night long. 🔥✨

The songs do not simply come through the speakers—they are little letters delivered by owls straight to the dance floor. Some carry big emotions, others mysterious messages, and every now and then, a particularly steamy spell.

But be careful when opening them: hidden among all those lovely messages, there might just be a Howler waiting for you. 🦉💌

SATURDAY//

Our crew is full of music nerds, that makes the distinctive genre mix of our line-up so special. Let’s end the Fest with a wild mix as well! From ABBA to Zappa 🤡 from glitter to gloom, from the gutter to the battlefield - with a suspicious amount of saxophone.

No refunds for genre confusion, emotional whiplash guaranteed.

A closer look at the embroidery on the new @eivormusic artwork designed by @merchbabe , embroidered by @lucifersthelight 🪡
Inspired by victorian lace & needlework, old norse woodcut patterns and secret letters from elves, the illustration is a horizontally and vertically mirrored lettering spelling out EIVØR (you gotta trust me on this one 🙂‍↕️).
From the start I had Lee in mind to embroider the design, I wanted its final form to be organic, tangible and magical. The result was this beautiful Eivør relic 🤩
