What a whirlwind of a week! (And excuse the jet lag panda eyes)

Straight off the plane from New York on Monday morning and into FOCUS 2026 at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour @designcentrech - kicking things off with @visualcomfort and @houseandgardenuk , moderated by the fabulous @noni.ware alongside @geri_designs and @nefarious_interior_design

Tuesday brought another wonderful conversation, this time with @nataliamiyar for @savoirbeds , brilliantly moderated by @carolewannett of Country & Town House.

And to wrap up FOCUS 2026 for me, a final talk with @simpsonslondon and @thesoholightingco alongside Alex and Lee, with the most delightful @lucindabaring of Country & Town House keeping us all in line.

Three days, three talks, countless conversations… it was beginning to feel a little like a press tour!

And then, straight from Chelsea Harbour back onto a plane - next stop, Dublin for @designweekdublin

I’m so looking forward to sitting down with the incomparable, fabulous and always delightful @amanda_bone_architect this Friday at The Marker for my talk, followed by our roundtable discussions on Saturday.

London, you were a joy. Dublin… let’s go! 🥂

So grateful to @hattabyng for calling out our ‘meticulous approach …. Including the way a project is run”. Obviously beautiful design is what we get out of bed for, but it is everything that goes behind it which creates the overall success of our projects.

This much-loved bathroom is designed within its Grade II listed bones to be chic and luxurious, yet cool and playful. Such a fab mix of materials, a beautiful palette and curves curves, curves …

Symmetrical green powder coated crittal doors to WC and shower cubicles, the flooring is a bespoke hexagonal cut marble with Crema Evora border inset with Alba Chiara squares, there is a specialist glazed crackle finish to drawer fronts to add lustre …… please note the double marble bull nose around the mirrored recessed cabinets - single pieces, no joints, fabulous!

We always push for the best from our craftspeople! And they always deliver.

Thank you to my amazing team I love working with you all!

@mbmcstudios , as always a pleasure to watch you bring our designs to fruition.
@vitruviusltd such masterful stone fabricators and fun to work with too.
@interiorlabltd , a fantastic project to complete with you.
@mark_anthony_fox , we love working with you, thank you for this photograph.
An honour to be included in @countryandtownhouse Top 50. ✨#countryandtownhouse #countryandtownhousemagazine #finest50 #awardwinning #interiordesign ✨

This year sees the launch of our biggest ever issue of Country & Town House Interiors - a bumper edition of features, inspiration and, of course, our annual list of Britain’s 50 Finest Interior Designers.

Following on from last year, we also welcome back our Titans of Design - this time nominated by our 2025 cohort as they spotlight 10 luminaries they felt deserve a place among their ranks.

Plus settle in with brilliant pieces from Hatta Byng and Gianluca Longo, a new tastemaker series featuring Beata Heuman, Yinka llori and Ben Pentreath, and a raft of inspiration from beautiful places, singular design and wonderfully talented artisans.

Pick up your copy at the link in bio, or find it on the newsstand - free with the July/August issue - now. We hope you enjoy it!

Many congratulations to all 50 designers who are in this years Country & Town House Top 50 Finest designers 2026, but especially to niche pr client Jeffreys Interiors (Edinburgh) who are winners of numerous awards over the past two years for their bold creative and colourful interior designs of private residences and boutique hotels.

Many thanks too to Country & Town Houses' @carolewannett & @lucindabaring and this years judges @hattabyng @tatiana_kharchylava_ & @Jeremyrbking

Winning this award is a huge accolade for all winning designers and a real honour with such amazing and talented designers around the country.

Jeffreys Design Director Jo Aynsley & Managing Director Georgina Fraser pictured here were photographed by @zac.and.zac on location near Edinburgh last October while photographing and filming their modern country house project near Edinburgh already featured in @homesandinteriorsmag @homesandgardensofficial @idyearbook @kbbmagazine and more.
