I’ve learned that showing up matters. For the people you love, for the things you believe in, and for the future you want to see.

Sometimes showing up means standing beside someone when it would be easier to stay quiet. Sometimes it means making your voice heard when you wonder whether anyone is listening.

And sometimes, it means showing up even when you’re feeling down or hopeless.

In South Carolina, our voices matter. Our presence matters. And the future is shaped by the people who choose to participate.

“This looks more like a PARK than a PATCH!” -Tillie, unimpressed with the pumpkin-to-playground ratio. We made the most of it. 🎃

Summer’s over the day the “-ber” months start. Rules are rules. PSL season starts tomorrow. Not a day before.

Before I let it go, a few things that made this one unforgettable:
→ The friends who make success feel like a group project
→ The ones who’ve had my back since before any of this
→ A little too much spent, zero regrets
→ Grief and joy, sharing a couch
→ A desk on live TV that taught me a title was never the point
→ Watching a friend’s dream get real walls and a real door
→ My boys, unfiltered and unposed
→ The people I didn’t thank enough while I had the chance

No idea what fall brings. Glad you’re along for it either way.

Let the celebration start here! 🎀✨

I got a little sneak peek at the soft opening party for @petitepartyshop, and I am OBSESSED with this new addition to @devinestreet.

Created by @alexandrawoodlief @alexandramadisonweddings, Petite Party Shop is basically a little dreamland for anyone who loves a good celebration. 🎉

Think beautifully curated party goods, gorgeous gift wrap, stationery, hostess gifts, ribbons, seasonal goodies, and all the little details that make an occasion feel extra special.

As someone who loves a good party (and a beautifully wrapped gift 👀), this is absolutely my kind of place. Shoutout to @honeymarketco for their popup caviar cowboy at the party too 🤠

Congratulations! So excited to watch Petite Party Shop become Columbia’s newest celebration destination. 💕🎀
