Week 4 recap :

Hatfield squats: 405 x 3 x 8

Deadlift: 524/237.5 x 2 (+7.5kg PR)

Bench: 391/177.5 x 1 (mini pr because I’ve never moved this much this fast)

Been dealing with some injuries since June, @themaverickphysio has been a great help with rehabbing so big shout out to them 🙏🏽 squatting is finally pain free, benching is better than ever? And deadlifts has been on the up so hopefully it continues

I competed at my first Nationals (USAPL Raw Nationals) on June 14th, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois.

9/9 27 whites 750kg total, lifetime PR.

I placed 26th out of 36 in the Men's Raw 110 kg Open weight class.

Lifetime PR on total: 750kg - 1654 lbs
Lifetime PR on squat: 272.5kg - 600 lbs
Tied lifetime PR on bench: 187.5kg - 413 lbs
Deadlift: 290kg - 640 lbs

Short turnaround from qualifying total states meet a few months prior.

I’ve spent the past 4 months trying to clean up my body composition since the body hasn’t been healthy enough to utilize being a light 120kg lifter. Honestly, there have been some bumps on the way down but everything from this point forward is very new territory for me. I’m detached from the numbers I’ve achieved previously and taking what my body tells me to. Looking to lose another 6kg across the next 2-3 months and get into a maintenance phase.

Didn't go perfect by any means, but overall a fantastic display of what I believe I'm capable of as I head back down to the 75kg weightclass. More important than that though, I had so much fun competing and am always grateful to have the opportunity to continue to display these levels of strength everytime I step onto the platform!

Overall super happy with the performance! Especially squat and bench. Deadlifts went a whole lot better than I expected, so I wasn’t even mad that my final pull slipped from my hands Lol. Overall had a lot of fun s/o @kilosnp

Overall not bad for a first meet got 🥇 in my flight felt really strong on the day squats were good probably had another 5kgs bench could have been better failed my 1st and 3rd for butt coming off the bench. Deadlifts were strong moved how I thought they would. Huge shout out to @luckylifts for coaching me in this prep only 8 months ago I started powerlifting was not expecting to be where I am today just the beginning
