For Mental Health Awareness Week, we hosted a ballet class which brought together an amazing group of women, some who have never danced before and others who haven’t been to ballet since they were little! The class was aimed to empower and emphasise the joy of movement. Dance is a way to be present, to connect with others, and to fill up your own cup! 🩰❤️ Thank you to everyone who attended, to Josh who taught the ballet class, and Martin, the pianist.

In 2 months time, the English countryside will look like this 🪻🪻 I love visiting a lavender field (or two) during summer. Not only do the fields smell amazing but I also love grabbing a bunch of lavender for home. Luckily, there are some fantastic lavender fields to visit and all accessible from London. This is @lordingtonlavenderfarm in West Sussex. 10 acres of Mailette lavender - the same variety produced by farmers in Provence, South of France, this farm is truly a slice of Provence in England. 🕣 Lordington Lavender Farm open days for 2026: Wednesday 8th to Sunday 12th and Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th July Will you be visiting a lavender farm this summer? ———————- 📹 @lucylou528 #westsussex #daytripsfromlondon #londondaytrip #visitengland #englandtravel summer in England • Lavender fields in England • England travel guide • England bucket list

Jacuzzi 🪩 As part of my London tradition, I have to stop by at least one @bigmamma.uk restaurant. So welcome to Jacuzzi! From a gorgeous stairway to a tree in the middle of the restaurant to a disco themed loo, this place did not disappoint. Oh, and the food was good too! I got the truffle burrata and omg it was delicious! If you’re in London and looking for a gorgeous spot to spend a delicious meal with friends, I cannot recommend the @bigmamma.uk / @bigmammagroup restaurants enough! 📍 Jacuzzi - @bigmamma.uk 👗 @torrid 📸 taken with the stunningly gorgeous @lucylou528 #jacuzzilondon #bigmammagroup #londonfoodblog #burratagram #londonfoodguide

I’ve spent today decorating the house for an upcoming Halloween party, and inhaling a lot of spray paint from my costume. To get the fancy dress vibes started here’s some shots of Darth @lucylou528 waggling her lightsaber about in a decommissioned power plant from earlier in the year. Tune in next week for some blurry shots of a fat bald guy in fancy dress in his kitchen. Basically the same thing. 🎃 #starwarscosplay #maythe4thbewithyou #fancydress #cosplay #starwars #jointhedarkside
