Two days, two completely different takes on color. And this is only the beginning of Allegra and Ari’s three-day Dallas wedding weekend.

The celebrations began with a Haldi at Arlington Hall at Turtle Creek, where marigold yellow and soft green took over the poolside setting. Green lattice, mustard velvet and flowers floating in the water made everything feel bright, relaxed and full of energy.

For the Hindu ceremony, the palette went richer. Blush draping framed a mandap covered in pink, fuchsia and red roses, with Allegra in a red lehenga and Ari in an ivory sherwani layered with pearls. Even the Baraat made an entrance on horseback.

Two celebrations down, one more to go. Up next: their Catholic ceremony and a reception full of color.

At NYBFW, @arava_polak_bridal held the presentation for their FW27 Collection La Pure Bloom in a sun-drenched space during late afternoon, highlighting the gorgeous play of transparency and use of delicate lace and craftsmanship signature to Arava’s designs.

Guests received Camera Ready Glow from @iconskincare, a three step system designed to prep skin for the runway or the red carpet.

Robert and Emma’s wedding was the last one ever hosted at South Congress Hotel, and they sent it off exactly how you’d expect two stand-up comedians to: full monochromatic red, an escort “wall” made entirely of tiny purses because that is deeply Emma’s whole personality, and napkins printed with quotes from Robert’s late father. Only two people who do this for a living could make a wedding this funny and this tender at the same time. ❤️‍🔥⁠
