Big Bear:
🏆 @_mikefein took on UTMB Big Bear in spicy conditions, going the ultra distance and learning along the way. Up next Mike is taking on the Gasparilla Distance Classic!

Paris 20k Road Race:
🏆 @tasha_collinson90 is unstoppable! She crushed Paris not only setting a 20k PR but also a 10k PR! Natasha has been dedicated and consistent with training and that certainly paid off. Now she’s switching gears and heading back into marathon mode! Let’s go!

Steamtown Marathon:
🏆 @aleksandra.1765 faced rainy conditions at Steamtown and didn’t let that stop her from running some of the fastest splits yet. She’s not done, up next is NYC next weekend!!

Chicago Marathon:
🏆 @jeff_b84 took on Chicago as a building race. After crushing Boston earlier this year, Jeff’s been working hard getting strong for future races and PR’s. Proud of your commitment to longevity in sport Jeff! Stay tuned for London next spring!

🏆 @samokunola went from being a Crazy Mountain 100mi finisher in July to a Chicago Marathon finisher in October. Amazing turnaround! Warm conditions in Chicago didn’t stop Sam from put up a strong effort. Now back to the ultra world!! Sam’s got 2027 locked in!

Staten Island Half Marathon:
🏆 @luiu_ ran a 1:50:54 PB in the half only a week after covering his first marathon distance run. Congratulations Luis!! Excited to see you crush Tokyo!

Energy Half Marathon:
🏆 @runpastorandyrun crushed his half marathon only months after finishing the Leadville 100! He’s getting ready for a fast Dallas marathon before heading back to ultras next year!

Citizens Medical Half:
🏆 Trey set a new half PR at the start of marathon prep! He’s building towards his first marathon in Feb at the Austin Marathon. Excited to see your progress!

BALS Backyard:
🏆 @cory_m_p completed his first BYU. He completed 4 yards strong and learned along the way!

8/8/26 - Zero to 100 Wishes - 50K, 50 States, 50 Days and CPRC X Brasil Run Club Summer Streets Block Party, Solo Run and Potluck.

Awesome run today with @brady.mcdonald84 @joao_martins1991 @luiu_ and Nestor Calixto. During the run, we met up with @centralparkrunning and later met with @brasilrunclub for a 5K and block party.

Ran some extra solo miles from Foley Square in Lower Manhattan ➡️ Flushing Meadows Park

Dedicated my last 3 miles in the park to @wolf.runners.of_queens 5th anniversary. 5K for 5 years. Congratulations @wolf.runners.of_queens ! 🥳🎉❤️

21 miles with Brady McDonald.

50K Run. 50 states. 50 days. All to help grant 100 wishes for kids through Make-A-Wish.

Today was State #15. I jumped in for 21 miles and eventually tapped out. Brady? He kept going. 😂

Sometimes you think you’re strong… then you meet someone who raises the bar and reminds you there’s another level.

Those are the people you stick with. The ones who make you question your limits and inspire you to go further.

What an experience. Even better knowing every mile is for something much bigger than running.

15 down. 35 to go. Go Brady. 🔥🇺🇸

Quality matters.

Progressing later in your training career requires more than just checking boxes...

…HOW you check them becomes increasingly important.

Last season, the judges’ feedback was to improve width on back poses.

Our first move was a movement & execution audit on all pulling compounds. Your training plan is irrelevant if you can’t efficiently load the target tissue.

After some tweaks to execution, high priority muscle groups were put in the best possible position to progress through proper program design.

We’re on the backend of the first fat loss phase now before a quick diet break and I couldn’t be happier with how things have gone.

A majority of his main movements have substantially progressed while pulling off unproductive scale weight.

I think we’re well on our way @luiu_ 🤝

Meet Recap: All praises to The Most High, my creator…truly grateful for the strength I’ve been blessed with to pursue this incredible sport. Every lift, every milestone, and every challenge is a reminder of how far I’ve come. This debut was long overdue but better late than never.

For all my friends and family supporting from Virginia, I hope I made you proud. To all my friends and colleagues here in nyc thank you for all the support and help along the way I promise I don’t take any of it for granted! And to @usapowerlifting thank you for this opportunity! Many more to come.

Going into this meet without a coach not really knowing what to expect was a risky decision. All I knew was I HAD to hit execute every lift. I had to be smart with choosing each attempt, with my energy not being fully there and a left shoulder feeling like it was about to fall off after my first attempt I had to be conservative and play it smart with the rest of my selection. Couldn’t fatigue myself out before the last attempt, and from how it went up I’m glad I chose the numbers I did! I’ll take 2nd place happily.

In 2024 I created over 500 reels across my pages, clients pages, friend, and passion projects.

I wish I could post more here because I have so many videos to choose from. Thank you for including me in your creative work. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 we have more to do and 2025 already has projects lined up and for that I am very thankful.

While doing that I set that goal of posting everyday on this page. I missed the mark, I’m not even sure where but I kept going. I have a few days left til 366 so I will continue until then.
