PREPT COLLABS 5: LISA GOODWIN-ALLEN X TOM BARNES AT SKOF, MANCHESTER

We’re proud to support Prept Foundation for the fifth and final Collabs dinner of 2026.

On Sunday 4th October, Lisa Goodwin-Allen of Michelin-starred @northcoteuk joins Tom Barnes in the kitchen at @skof_manchester to cook a 12-course tasting menu in support of Prept.

Tom and Lisa are no strangers to cooking together, having previously shared the kitchen on Great British Menu and at Northcote for Obsession, so this promises to be a very special evening.

Prept Foundation helps young people build positive relationships with food through hands-on cooking, food education and farm-to-fork experiences. Through Collabs, leading chefs come together to raise vital funds to support this work.

This is the final dinner before all 10 chefs from the 2026 series come together for the spectacular finale at HIDE in London.

We’re delighted to be supporting Prept and this brilliant series, bringing together exceptional food and an important cause.

Bad Sibling.

A concept that's been living in my head for a long time, bringing together the three cuisines and cultures that have inspired me most throughout my career, Japanese, French and Norwegian.

Bad Sibling is my take on refined street food, using French technique and a touch of Norwegian soul & Japanese roots. Familiar flavours, unexpected combinations, and food that's designed to be shared.

I'm incredibly excited to finally be serving the first Bad Sibling menu as a one-night pop-up at Hooked, Kemptown, Brighton.

A big day for @prept.foundation yesterday, as we welcomed our newest member @jademoncur_ to the team!

Jade joins to make the Prept Programme accessible to children and young people across Lancashire, with a strong focus around Morecambe.

This growth has all been made possible by the incredible generosity of @alexpshannon and Gastronomy Plus Ltd, who have funded Jade’s role and supported our expansion in the region for the next three years.

Mad to see what started as a champagne fuelled conversation at a wedding with @danielwadeprept 6 years ago, become the super team we are today. Let’s take on the North 😜

The event was held at @whatleymanor and brought together two leading chefs as part of a collaborative dining series with the mission of helping children live happier, healthier lives through food education.
