AUGUST✨💥🤩✈️🎬🐺🥰🎉🫠❤️‍🔥… there are no words. Only emojis.

I can’t even begin to describe the absolute THRILL-GLIDING-DEATH-DEFYING-HIGH-FLYING-STOMACH-CHURNING-HEART-BURNING-EGO-HURLING-FIRE-HORSE-RIDE-OF-A-LIFETIME🐎🐎🐎🔥🔥🔥 August has been…

I’ll get into more details later (I feel like I will be unpacking this month for years to come🤯) But for now … these images.

This video. It brings me to tears. It swells my entire being with gratitude. It overwhelms me in the best way… even as I know that doing all of this has cost me a version of myself that I can no longer return to. And that version was very comfortable… and I don’t reallly know the me that’s arriving.

I don’t like to leave a highlight reel up without balancing it with the tough stuff… so tho I took no photos of the hours I spent contemplating my mistakes… here’s a little list to keep me grounded (and also, I wanna start celebrating ALL of it— because the messy bits get to be JUST AS DELICIOUS as the peek ones!👏👏👏

- 😭Lots of crying. Yes, in gratitude. But also in compete overwhelm. In feeling totally alone even as I received so much help.
- 😱 Abject terror. Like the kind that wakes you up at 2 and 3am and tells you what a fool you are and you’ll fail.
- ⛪️ Judgement from those who will never understand me, but I still want them too.
- 💵 Money fears around investing this much in myself.
- 🙈 Every insecurity I have being magnified.
- 💕 Navigating some major stress on my relationship
- 🪞OH THE MIRRORS! Seeing my power AND my weaknesses to majorly!
- 😴 A level of exhaustion I haven’t felt in YEARS.

And…

All. Worth. It.

All lessons. All yummy. All ALIVE.

Thank you August for ALL OF YOUR MAGIC✨!!

Tell me your biggest lesson from August?⬇️

Love you!
🤍k

“I am not available for life partnership. But I am dating with integrity.”

Luke Entrup calls it “conscious bachelorhood” — a phase where you’re honest about what you’re available for. You’re seeking connection, maybe even intimacy. But you’re clear: this isn’t a search for a life partner.

The “campfire rule” 🔥 he gives his clients: leave everyone better than you found them.

Most men need some version of this after divorce. And eventually, it often runs its course — replaced by something deeper and more committed.

Divorce questioned everything.

How he parented. How he worked. How he showed up with friends. Once the most sacred thing in his life was on the table — everything else was too.

Men’s coach Luke Entrup describes his divorce as one of the most catalytic 2 years of his life — a period of radical, inside-out examination of how he’d been living.

9 years later, he’s standing on more honest ground than ever.

@lukeentrup says that becoming a man isn’t about toughness — it’s about who you choose to become.

Let’s raise boys with heart, not hardness.

Same fight, different day?
It’s not just you—and it’s not just the surface issue.

Most recurring arguments are signs of something deeper: unspoken fears, unmet needs, old wounds playing out again and again.

This journal helps you break the cycle by bringing awareness to the real patterns underneath the conflict.

You don’t have to keep repeating the past.

Happy 1st birthday sweet Ana Rose!

It was such an honor to have such a special ceremonial earthy community gathering to celebrate this human. Thank you to our family, to the best friend family ever and everyone who had loved this girl in her first year of life. I’m so thankful for all the blessings.

We had a beautiful fox shaped cake to honor the fox that visited us while I was in labor (scroll down to listen to my birth story for more deets), a beautiful honoring of Martișor, 3/1 a Romanian Holiday of spring, and all in this sweet back yard that has been such a portal for me. Thank you for becoming her Papa in such a beautiful way @juan.es.alzate and mama Mary for your unending love @maryparksdesigns2020

I love you all, and if I didn’t get to thank you directly, THANK YOU, to all of you for your love and support this year. And all of you who couldn’t join us as well!
