I know this is old news now to most of you but today is 4 weeks since I fell 30 metres off a cliff and landed in a tree 🫠😅 ... which stopped me from tumbling another 200m (a moment for the tree 🌴).

I absolutely pulped my right arm and I have a couple of big displaced fractures in my pelvis. I also broke my sacrum, tore through my bicep, and had to get my pec put back on and so on and so forth ... BUT! I did not die, so that's a win 🏆. I also made the news, famous! 👍🏼

I am obviously a smidge devastated to be looking down the barrel of another very, very long recovery, in the context of the last couple of years. But I also recognise how miraculous it is that I "walked" away unscathed, in a relative sense.

Most importantly, I have been absolutely blown away by the ways in which the community has come together to support me. It has been incredibly beautiful and has had me full-tilt ugly sobbing (in a grateful way) on multiple occasions 😭. I think I literally received a thousand messages (brag) with well wishes and offers to help. As well as so many thoughtful gifts, flowers, hospital visits, serenades, snacks, ramps, outdoor shower, tit pics etc. I hope I have thanked everyone personally now but if I missed anyone I am sorry and I am so appreciative of it all. It has honestly been such a lovely silver lining 🩶.

And to my love, Kieran, who has held me up and been so amazing through it all. I can't even believe you exist sometimes. I have been kissed on the dick in this life ✨. Thank you 🥹

I stole this image, including the arrow annotation, from NSW Ambulance's post. The arrow is where I landed in the tree. Just above the tree line is where I tumbled from. It was a really close one!!

It took 5 and a half hours and a lot of capable hands to get me from where I landed in the tree to somewhere that the helicopter could winch me off from. Such an incredible rescue effort in really difficult terrain, and I am so grateful for all of the help.
