Tis the season, no other way to spend it than with a bunch of pals in their @bondsaus undies! 🙊✨
⭐️-This shoot was the first shoot I had done after my accident. I was incredibly nervous to jump in front of the camera with a leg full of new scars and a body I felt I had neglected!
Throughout my recovery I have been pushing the negative thoughts and energy away, I’m so glad I didn’t pull out of this shoot at the last minute like the little voice of insecurities was telling me to. I have never doubted my physical strength, I believe its all in the mind and how bad you want it! It’s been a HUGE mental game. While I was lying in my hospital bed in Bali all I thought about was walking, its something I feel everyone takes for granted. It’s been a real goal to get back to walking again, I’m still perfecting it 😂👌🏽
I am certain that I have become stronger than i was before.
Mentally and ALMOST physically 😁✨💪🏽
