Boss Blueprint 3.0 over n’ out

Yet another INCREDIBLE sold out day with a room full to the brim with ambitious female entrepreneurs 👑

It feels absolutely surreal to have 60 coaches come to spend the day with me to learn how to scale their business and become a better coach

Community is at the heart of everything I do. Firstly this job can be lonely, especially when you work fully online. There isn’t many people who truly “GET” it…

So to be able to host a day like this where women get to network with others of the same mindset and goals brings me so much joy

& on top of that, it allows me to install some actual authenticity into the business mentoring scene

The event on the weekend?
Not ONE single mention of cold DM’s, sales calls or how to make those ‘10k months’ 🤮

Just actionable and real advice that will make you a better coach and a better marketer.. which in turn results in more income and more success 📈

A huge thank you, from the very bottom of my heart to everyone who came to the biggest event I’ve held so far

Also a big shoutout to my 2 amazing speakers @simon_strongmedia_ and @lewispottsofficial who brought a crazy high level of value to the day

& last but certainly not least my right hand women @lysvisuals who once again captured the day absolutely beautifully. Thank you for all the work you do for me 📸

Next event? Early next year

I have BIG goals with this next one, hopefully with the help of all the amazing coaches who place their trust in me we can make that HAPPEN🙏🏽 (thankyou so much)

I install motivation into you but you all install so much motivation in me to do BIG things in this space ❤️ I’m living my dream life & I couldn’t be more grateful

PS. So sorry I can only tag 20

This was a really fun intentional activity to really get you thinking about your future! Defo recommend if you’re in Paris! Or if not grab yourself some supplies and DIY at home 🏠📫

Was a pleasure to work with Lulu on this rebrand.

What we call locking the fu** in 🔒

Both @luluensorfit & @bruce.shep making tremendous progress over the last 4-6 weeks.

Minimal changes if any for the both of them, one thing they do have in common is that the last 4-6 weeks have been incredibly consistent on all fronts.

Coaching isn't always about making weekly changes, if anything i like my clients going through periods of minimal adjustments because it means the plan is working and they are ticking the necessary boxes!

Great work from both 👏

Thank you to @lysvisuals for capturing the vibes of my most recent boss blueprint event 👑

Another fabulous day of women coming together to learn, expand and level up 📈

I’m super excited to announce that the next Boss Blueprint event will be:

Saturday 19th September
Birmingham 📍
Check my BIO!

If you keep getting FOMO then place that date in your diary 📝

I will have a completely fresh set of speakers this time 🥷 and based on feedback we will run the day for even longer (the people want more!)

Who’s in?

Again, thank you so much to every single person who came down to this London event 🫶🏽 You’re helping me build a whole new community of female fitness coaches and I’m SO HERE for it 💃🏼

Off Season well and truly underway now for @luluensorfit

By our own admission not the easiest transition back into reality from a fantastic debut season but this can take time and from my experience becomes that little bit easier every time you complete that cycle.

Looking ahead to finishing the year improving on the areas which will lean into having a successful debut season in the NPC 😎

What a day 😮‍💨

Boss Blueprint Event 2.0 ✅

A huge thank you to every single woman who came down to London to attend another sold out event. I cannot express my appreciation for putting your trust in me & allowing me to believe in myself entering this space 🫶🏽

There is just something SO empowering about a room full of women who are driven, motivated and made for more coming together to learn, grow and level up

This was not another seminar on how to cold sell online…

Not ‘just dm more people’ or ‘use a setter to get sales calls booked’ 🤮

This was a day full of authentic, genuine and practical steps that you can take to not only build your online business but to provide an amazing service to your clients 🚀

The industry can be a lonely place at times where not everyone around you understands what you are trying to build so being able to host days like this where you are surrounded by the same ambition and mindset is invaluable

The networking, the support for each other, the vibes? Immaculate 🤌🏽

I couldn’t have been happier with how the weekend went and YES I will run more 👀 Who wants another before the year ends? And where? Let me know ⬇️

A huge thankyou to my amazing speakers @coach_jaimeparker, @contentwithmaria__ & @drsophia.uk for bringing their wealth of knowledge to the day 👑

& of course my gal @lysvisuals for capturing yet another perfect behind the scenes 📸

(Tagged as many people as IG would allow me!)
