There is a ferocity within the feminine that refuses to be contained. ❤️‍🔥

This is an invitation to reclaim the wild, primal power that lives beneath generations of conditioning and allow the woman you’re becoming to emerge in her fullest expression.

The latest episode of Sense & Synchronicity with Damkianna @luminariesglobal takes you on that journey through the initiations of death, rebirth, and feminine sovereignty.

Touring @echomountainrecording with @jukebleezy

For 10 years, I’ve been cookin up #avantgarde #cinematicmusic in my #homestudio

It was truly a pleasure to connect with John Blake - founder of @iamavl

He’s been a part of the #echomountain fam for a whiiiile and walked me through the ins and outs of how they make their magic.

I’m excited to work with @jukebleezy - he’ll be mixing & mastering my new single!

This era is all about collaboration, learning, experimenting and exploring.

What a beautiful gift to create in this life!

a lot of pleasure to catch you up on!
These are so fun because orienting to pleasure is such a liberatory practice and if you’ve worked with me before you know it’s deeply woven into my methodology 🦋😎
what’s bringing you pleasure, joy and/or awe lately?

There comes a moment when hiding becomes heavier than being seen.

How often have you felt exhausted, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin, yet still found yourself saying “yes”?

As women, mothers, caregivers, and nurturers, many of us have become incredibly skilled at giving. We support, hold space, care for others, and carry more than our fair share. Yet when our body whispers, “I need rest,” “I need support,” or simply “no,” we often question ourselves, push through, or feel like we need a good enough reason to honor what we know deep down.

We will be gathering July 14th at @drip_sauna for the Cancer New Moon.

Together, we’ll unite in sisterhood to explore what it means to trust our inner knowing, honor our needs, and soften the habit of forcing our way through life.

Through ceremonial cacao, guided reflection, nurturing touch, gentle movement, sauna, cold plunge and meaningful connection, we’ll explore the powerful question:

What would change if I allowed myself to receive as much as I give?

This evening is not about fixing yourself or becoming more productive. It’s about remembering that your needs matter, too. That your “no” is sacred. That rest doesn’t need to be earned. And that receiving can be just as powerful as giving.

Under the nurturing energy of the Cancer New Moon, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves, reconnect with our intuition, and come home to ourselves.
Come exactly as you are.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

Experience includes:
🍫 Ceremonial Cacao Heart-opening elixir
💛 Sisterhood Sharing
🌊 Cancer Water Ritual
💃 Movement Medicine & breath to reconnect with your body & let go of your mind
🌹 Receiving Ritual of nourishing touch, support, and care.
🔥 Sauna & ❄️ Cold Plunge to integrate, release, and renew

Gratitude from Cascais, Portugal! What a beautiful few days at WAVE with @the_holomovement

@bianamavasheva and I are returning home with full hearts, inspired by the incredible people we met from all around the world—visionaries, changemakers, healers, artists, entrepreneurs, and community builders all united by a shared intention: to create a more conscious, connected, and thriving world. 💛

It was an honor to share music and movement throughout the gathering. From the community dance celebration to our Rumi Yoga Flow collaboration, and Biana’s powerful Kai Chi Do offering, we loved creating spaces for connection, expression, reflection, and joy. So much fun to have @thedamkianna and @rhiannoncatalyst sing with me during my dj set Sunday night. We will be releasing the music officially later this year.

Beyond the workshops and experiences, what touched us most were the conversations, the friendships, and the reminder that there are so many beautiful humans dedicating their lives to helping others and serving something greater than themselves.

We also loved exploring the charming streets, coastline, and beauty of Cascais—a truly magical place to gather and dream about what’s possible for our future. 🌊🇵🇹

Deep gratitude to the entire Holomovement team, the organizers, volunteers, presenters, and every person who showed up with an open heart and a willingness to grow.

Until next time, Portugal. Obrigado. ✨🙏

My heart is overflowing from all of the love and connection I received for my birthday last week.

I feel incredibly nourished, supported, and uplifted by the beautiful friendships and relationships in my life.

The truth is, for many years I struggled to create the kind of authentic, meaningful connections I deeply desired.

It took a lot of self-reflection, healing, and personal growth to experience the level of intimacy, trust, and closeness that I now have in my relationships.

As I enter my 37th year on this planet, I can confidently say that I feel relationship rich.

The quality and depth of my connections continue to expand as I age. I believe this is a direct reflection of the relationship I’ve cultivated with myself. The more connected I become to my own truth, heart, and authenticity, the more meaningful my relationships become.

I’m excited to continue supporting the women in my community to create deeper, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and the people they love ❤️‍🔥

Still stoking from Saturday’s Regenerate gathering. 🌿✨

What a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when people gather around a shared vision for a more regenerative future.

Through meaningful conversations, music, nourishing food, and heartfelt connection, we explored what it means to live in greater harmony with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.

Deep gratitude to @proudfootmusic @evergreencicada @shylahray and @remembering_source for weaving their music into the day, to @pastaandprana for nourishing our community, @thenohm for quenching our thirst, to all of the incredible vendors, body love by @betsyhoo and to every person who showed up with an open heart.

In a world moving ever faster toward screens, algorithms, and artificial intelligence, experiences in spaces like this feel more important than ever.

Heart to heart.
Eye to eye.
Human to human.

The most powerful moments weren’t just on the stage or in the conversations….they were in the hugs, the shared meals, the spontaneous connections, and the feeling of remembering what it means to truly be alive.

This is why Drip exists.

To create spaces where people can gather, slow down, reconnect, and feel fully present.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Regenerate such a meaningful experience. We’re leaving with full hearts and renewed hope for what’s possible when community comes together.

💚
