But the transformation requires us to go deeper.
Patriarchal, s 3 x ist culture is IMPRINTED
It’s hardwired into our nervous system.

So - people who have GOOD intentions, can still have remnants of that operating system running the show.

The real reason I make music…
My son.

I’m dedicated to living in alignment with my PURPOSE as an example for my son.

Being an artist is challenging - being a single mother and an artist is a whole other story.

But, I’m writing my story with a limitless mindset.

This year I chose to dissolve the limiting beliefs that told me “I can’t provide for my family and be an artist”.

And that opened up collaborations, international performances and LIVING the reality of : Monday studio sessions on my Google Calendar! 🎧🎤

Ten years in — this is just the beginning.

Our beliefs truly do shape our reality.

Mocktails & dancing under the #fullmoon at @chemistantidote (dj @brandonmanitoba )

Absolutely losing ourselves on the dance floor at @eulogy with @djlilmeowmeow

Ended the night with delicious treats from @cravedessertbar on my couch, in peace.

I can tell you - there was a part of me that wanted to keep partying until 2am (totally sober, btw) - a part of me that wanted to find a little troooouble to get into 😇

But that was an old outdated internal operating system. The one who always wants more.

I chose the aligned, harmonious, satiated, mature, nurturing version of myself. I attuned to what was most healthy.

THAT is how we change patterns.
We witness ALL parts of self & INTEGRATE THEM.

Woke up the next morning feeling SO HAPPY that I chose to live life to the fullest.

Proud of myself that I evolved beyond old patterns.

Grateful to all the folks who create spaces for joy, connection and expression. 🥰😎

I know you’re committed to being the best.
