“Just relax.”

Has anyone ever told you this? It can be frustrating to hear and even more so to follow. Relaxing isn’t easy and doesn’t come naturally for many people—especially when you’re caught up in your fast-paced days, deadlines, and one million errands. Thankfully, learning to relax and slowdown just takes practice. Start with a meditation or simply taking a mini break to do some deep breathing.

: A B U N D A N T / W O M A N :

It's been a few weeks since Ahthea and I hosted our first event together at @ritualyogahouse. And it was such an inspiring and uplifting one.

I've sat in the energy of that session for a while now and I wanted to share a few takeaways.

We are all powerful in our own right and get to decide what we want less/more of in our lives - find what lights you up and do that!

When you come together as a collective and show up authentically and vulnerably, magical things happen.

Combining Faith + supporting yourself through mindful practices such as grounding, meditation, breathwork, journaling & affirmations with physical energy shifters such as essential oils and crystals is Powerful.

Collaborating with others is a heart-opener and community builder, which I'm here for (thank you @belezacrystals @red__37 @tucanholistic)!

I am powerful

I am an energetic being

I am light & love

What affirmations are you using today?

✨💕 Guided Meditation 💕✨

Excited to announce that I'll be leading guests at the @freetobemeevents wellness retreat on April 15 through two guided meditation practices. One will be in the morning to ground, open up and prepare for the day and again at the end of the day to release and let go. Guided meditation can help us set intentions, feel grounded, find (inner)peace and calm and relax any nerves or tension we may feel. It allows us to feel present in the moment and in our bodies. Amanda @everydayallergenfree uses meditation as a tool for dealing with food anxiety as a result of her allergies, and to breathe through the discomfort when she's having an eczema flare up. Meditation is a wondrous thing and I am so pleased to be sharing it with you all.

Tickets go on sale Nov 15, so please share this with any of your allergy friends 💖

My mind is the 𝐬𝐮𝐧, and my heart is the 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧. In the sky between them, there I am waiting for every 𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐬𝐞 making room to let more light in. ⁣

The choices you make set the path for your life.

Choose to not treat people with contempt, because in order to do that one must become contemptible.

Choose to love rather than to hate.

Choose to celebrate rather than complain.

Our choices, seemingly small, make up the old story of "who we are in the world."

Our choices are our voice.

We are always re-creating ourselves, through making different choices.

I choose making better choices, day over day over day…
