A new Denver steakhouse is hiding in plain sight inside an old bank, and the dry-aged New York strip was perfectly cooked. The whiskey au poivre sauce was fantastic.

I got an exclusive sneak peek at @thestocktonsteakhouse at the @nationalwesterncenter, ahead of its late 2026 opening. It’s still under construction and the room already has jewel tones, emerald green.

The beef tallow rolls were pillowy, and I’d never seen tallow on a roll before. I ate about four. The marble potatoes with bacon, the Caesar, and the chocolate hazelnut cake were all really good, and I wouldn’t skip a single one. The old fashioned was amazing. On the patio, the cauliflower with caviar and the shrimp cocktail were both delicious.

@_samuelmc13_ cooked a great meal, and he and @bryancolorado told us there will be two dry-aging stations inside and how excited they are to be opening soon.

Thank you to @jsarnowevents for the having me for such a wonderful event, @darcynelsonmusic for the live music, and @lushaevents for the event decor.

Send this to whoever’s paying when it opens and make a reservation asap!

Skip the flight. Book the pizza.

The dream was Italy. The venue was Boulder. Spritzes all night, lemons on everything, umbrellas and chandeliers overhead, and a Vespa out front doing exactly what a Vespa is supposed to do at a wedding.

Dream big, we will cater it. 🛵

A Colorado mountain backdrop. A celebration rich in culture. And a ceremony filled with meaning. ❤️

Sonya and Soham's Hindu wedding ceremony brought together vibrant colors, beautiful traditions, and the people who mean the most to them.

From the marigold-draped mandap to the stunning Rocky Mountain views, every detail was a beautiful reflection of their love and heritage.

This is what we love about wedding design. Creating a setting that feels uniquely yours while letting the moments that matter most take center stage.

A mountain wedding, tied up with a bow. 🎀

Melanie and Fred brought soft pink, sage and ivory to Gorrono Ranch, pairing the weathered wood and snow-capped peaks with oversized bows, loose hydrangeas, green velvet and lace. Those details carried through the day, from ribbon-tied ceremony chairs and the blush bar to the lace-trimmed welcome sign and vintage-inspired tables.

And because it’s Colorado: alpacas for portraits, followed by a mini dress and shaggy white coat for the dance floor.

Taylor and Patrick are one of those couples where, if the day were a copy + paste, it would take us a very long time to get tired of it.

This was one of those days that felt like it had magic dancing around the fringes. (No, that was not an AI-generated sentence. That’s genuinely how it felt.)

As vendors, we couldn’t help but keep commenting on how perfect and beautiful everything was.

And you know what made that magic real? The people.

A couple who fully lived in the day, rolled with the punches, and family and friends who showed up and celebrated with gusto.

Taylor + Patrick, you two really know how to throw a wedding.
