Mirniji period godine?

Poslednji pogled na naš projekat u @lusticabay 🤍 ✨✨✨ Outdoor living, exactly as we imagine it by the sea☀️ A terrace designed as a natural extension of the interior – stone, sunlight, the pool and views stretching all the way to the sea. @atmospheraitaly pieces complete the setting of the villa, made for long, slow days outdoors. One last look at our project at @lusticabay 🤍 #outdoors #lusticabay #luxurylifestyle #interior4you #designideas

Montenegro is no longer an emerging name on the luxury hospitality map. It is becoming an established destination for some of the world's most recognised hotel brands, developers and international investors. Porto Montenegro, has transformed Tivat into an internationally recognised yachting and residential destination, bringing brands such as Kerzner International and SIRO to the Adriatic. Portonovi, introduced One&Only's first European resort, setting a new benchmark for ultra-luxury hospitality in the region. Luštica Bay, developed by Orascom Development, continues to create an entirely new coastal community, with The Chedi, residential neighbourhoods, a marina and golf facilities. Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Teuta in Risan, developed by BRIV Construction adds another internationally recognised hospitality brand to Montenegro's evolving luxury landscape, combining contemporary hospitality with the historic character of the Bay of Kotor. Beyond these landmark developments, international names including Hyatt Regency in Kotor Bay and Hilton in Podgorica further demonstrate the growing presence of global hospitality brands in Montenegro. Together, these projects represent billions of euros in investment and a transformation that extends beyond tourism, influencing infrastructure, architecture, residential development and the international perception of the country. And as Montenegro continues to evolve, one question becomes increasingly interesting: Who's next? At Cattaro Living, we don't just follow the market. We have insights into potential upcoming investments, international brands and developments that could shape the next chapter of the Adriatic. Curious about who's coming next? We may already have the answers. Let's talk.

🌊 ✨✨✨ Proud to be part of something truly special🤍 As part of our collaboration with @lusticabay , we had the pleasure of furnishing the mock-up apartment for the new Golf Residences: bringing together contemporary design, natural tones and pieces selected to complement the unique character of the destination. And with a view like this… what else can we say? 🌊 #lusticabay #interiordesign #luxury #golf #sea

The door to the sea…✨ Just a simple view like that, like a frame, calling to be captured. 📸 So I did. Now it remains a brief memory, yet it says a lot to me. #frame #photographer #photography #montenegro #sea

Luštica Bay doesn’t really have an off-season... Autumn simply changes the rhythm: quieter mornings, softer light, empty promenades, coffee by the marina and the sound of the Adriatic in the background. This is the side of Montenegro you don’t see in summer postcards. And perhaps the reason some people choose to stay. #montenegrorealestate #lifeinmontenegro #realestatemontenegro #montenegro_dreamers #lustica

How do you build an international profile without losing your identity? For Slavica Milić (@mojaslavicaofficial), Marketing & Communications Director at (@lusticabay), that question is central to how Montenegro presents itself to the world. After more than two decades working across tourism, real estate and development, Milić has watched the country move from the early days of international investment to becoming a destination with a growing global profile. But, in her view, growth only works if it does not come at the cost of identity. In conversation with Manas Chawla of London Politica (@londonpolitica) for the Adria Future Summit Podcast, she also reflects on communicating across very different markets, women in leadership, and why trying to fit someone else’s idea of a leader can be the wrong place to start. An award-winning year-round destination on Montenegro’s coast, Luštica Bay is part of the country’s evolving tourism and real estate landscape. As a Silver Partner of the Adria Future Summit 2026, it also reflects the kind of long-term development shaping Montenegro’s next chapter. Watch the full episode on YouTube.

Rezervišite svoj sto i dođite. #montenegro #lusticabay #lucarestaurant #afternoonvibes #finedining autumnvibe
