Last week was another successful and fun Delmar Vintage NightFest (featuring my sister Robin in slide 1) where tons of the public were engaging with our vendors both inside and out of @thechurchdelmar and surrounding businesses - we are very grateful to them for working with us on making this happen smoothly! Once again shout-out to @_stl_united_szb and the fencing group for once again showing how our fest can bring some really cool experiences that aren't in other festivals.

Thanks for participating.

Huge shoutout to @she.me.her_jazz for curating such a powerhouse selection of Black-owned brands for the @motherhood.and.mimosas event.
I’m currently putting these products to the test as I scout for new additions to the @shop.cohesion Collective. We’re all about elevating our community, and these brands are doing exactly that. Check out the tags below to support these incredible creators! 👇🏾(it will only let me tag 20 so check the comments for more tags. Charge it to my head and not my heart if I miss anyone!)

NFL Draft Networking event -
Men Sharpening Men

Dave & Buster’s April 23rd 6pm-9pm

This event is deeply meaningful to me. Over the past few years, I’ve lost too many friends due to health issues—and it’s time we start having real conversations about it.

I’m bringing men together for a powerful time of fellowship, connection, and honest discussion about our health and well-being—all while supporting the NFL teams we know and love.

We’ll have guests representing organizations focused on:
• Mental health
• Strengthening our relationship with God (brothers in Christ)
• Stress relief through chiropractic care
• Fitness and nutrition for healthier living

This is more than just an event—it’s about saving lives, building brotherhood, and becoming better for ourselves, our families and the community.

I’m also asking wives, mothers, sisters, and friends: bring a man you love. Let’s come together and support one another.

Let me know what you think.
