#rbcastingaward #premiorbcasting #icda #venezia83

For today’s #VintageCrush, we pull a favorite from the 5th annual Movie Crush, a short I still present in my classes, IN FRANCE MICHELLE IS A MAN’S NAME. Written and directed by Em Weinstein, the film captures the bittersweet realities of trans acceptance, in which a father’s better intentions totally miscalculate their impact. IN FRANCE… shrewdly explores shifting familial dynamics after one’s confirmation of identity. Smart, touching, deftly acted, you can see it now on @vimeo (link in bio) #pride🌈 #transpride #shortfilm #identity @emil.weinstein @aridamasco @iamneilgreen @mattactually @alix.masters @rshuey @spicerz @clairetuft @wendyvanden @awolfdp @lizzyjgraham @eryngoodmancasting @lveenker @makeupbysaradickman @severinbunse @ur_cousin_greg @_asia_brown @ranielpants @johnsrednicki @michaelabiasucci @chelsealynn.creator
