So excited to collaborate with @thesachafrancois, Executive Director of @facc_rockymountain, for an exclusive preview of @lverosebar this year’s Beaujolais & Beyond!

We sat down with Executive Chef Greg of @lverosebar to hear about the dishes he’s preparing for the event on November 19—his first time joining the celebration. Chef Greg was a wonderful subject, and we can’t wait for you to discover what he’ll be serving.

Located in Denver’s RiNo Art District, La Vie en Rose is a Paris-inspired champagne and cocktail bar filled with cinematic glamour and old-world charm. From its sexy rich velvet seating and French art to its glass-walled wine cave and Champagne-bowl bar, it’s a beautiful setting for an evening out.

A heartfelt thank-you to @lverosebar for welcoming us, and to @thesachafrancois for letting me tag along!

Denver’s newest date-night obsession feels like a little escape to Paris. 🇫🇷🥂🌹

Meet La Vie En Rose, the new Parisian-inspired Champagne bar in Denver’s RiNo Art District and one of the most beautiful new spots for a romantic date night, cocktails and elevated French-inspired bites.

Created by Nicole and Scott Mattson, the owners behind @nocturnedenver, this one feels especially special. Nocturne has long been one of my favorite Denver date-night experiences, and they truly know how to create an incredible evening with atmosphere, hospitality, beautiful drinks and thoughtful food.

The menu is just as memorable. My favorite bites were the Kaluga caviar pavé, black truffle custard, foie gras macaron, Grand Gougère and steak tartare, all perfect alongside their impressive 120+ Champagne selections.

My favorite cocktail was The Royal Mistress, their elegant take on an Old Fashioned, rich, smooth and exactly the kind of drink I want in a space like this. 🌹🥃

Think velvet, marble, crystal glassware, Champagne on ice and Parisian romance tucked right into RiNo.

If Nocturne is your Denver jazz date night, La Vie En Rose is your Denver Champagne date night.
