Same athletes, completely different sprinters 👀

7 max velocity transformations, and every one of them comes back to front-side mechanics:

1️⃣ Knees together at touchdown

2️⃣ Heel stops kicking up behind

3️⃣ Hips tall, landing under her center of mass

4️⃣ Closing the gap between the knees

5️⃣ Swing leg coming through

6️⃣ Knee drives up instead of reaching

7️⃣ Front-side knee drive

None of this happened by accident. Fix the positions, and the speed follows.

Which transformation stood out most to you? ⬇️

THE ART OF A PIVOT.

An evening of candid conversation, meaningful connections, and a reminder that sometimes the greatest opportunities come from having the courage to change direction.

Our latest Plug Session brought together young women, mentors, professionals, and supporters for a conversation about reinvention, taking risks, and betting on yourself.

A special thank you to @cfodani for sharing her story so openly and to @baabaholland for guiding such an impactful conversation. The feedback from the women in the room has been incredible, and it’s a reminder of why we continue creating these spaces.

Thank you to @porschedowntownchicago for opening your doors to us, @sipmichaellavelle for generously serving as our wine partner, and @nlcreativegroup for helping us bring the space together so beautifully.

At The Private Plug Foundation, we believe access is about more than getting into the room. It’s about who you meet, what you learn, and the possibilities you begin to see for yourself once you’re there.

This is what access looks like.

LVTRRAW — 2027

We’re opening our doors to a select group of artists, creatives, independent labels, and major labels looking to build something with intention.

For over a decade, we’ve helped shape the visual identities and creative direction of artists across music and culture.

Our approach extends beyond individual releases. From creative strategy and artist development to artwork, film, content, and rollout execution, we develop cohesive bodies of work designed to stand the test of time.

We’re interested in building long-term creative relationships with people who value originality, execution, and ownership.
