You’re an Angel I’m a Dog by artofcrying “Can I tell you a secret?” Her voice lowers to a whisper.  “Yes.” “I don’t think God listens to me, even if I pray with my whole heart every night.” Silence. “Then pray to me,” Tom offers. “I’ll listen.” (Slide 19 contains some spoilers) Ya girl is back on her Tomione bullshit, and to be quite honest I don’t think I have had a fic completely take over my brain and thoughts (in YEARS) like this one did. Such an original storyline, gorgeous prose with layered foreshadowing about a devastatingly toxic, decade long situationship-from-hell with a chess grandmaster and enough codependency you’ll choke on it. Delicious. 😈 If you have never read Tomione, or are apprehensive about our dark lord, this fic would be an amazing gateway into this dynamic, and I cannot recommend it enough. I immediately had to bang this out, and has become one of my favorite typesets I’ve made yet, with different art and references slammed throughout the chapters. I also made my own leather endbands (attempted my first try at sewing them with disastrous results) and almost killed my printer in the process. This bind goes out to @a_spine_line @lwbinds and @ivoryandbonebooks for literally screaming, hypothesizing, and losing their minds with me over this story, I love y’all and I can’t wait for you to get your copies. Thank you so much for going on this journey with me. Especially Logan, who collaborated and parallel designed her own bind of this fic with me, and for always being my binding wife and hype woman (so go check it out when she posts okkk). woof woof. YAAIAD is available to read to for free on AO3, so go leave this author kudos, comments and lots of love. #tomione #tomriddle #hermionegranger #bookbinding #fanfic
