A week and one day ago. I made a mistake and had a bad day. Like one of those really bad days where the world's pain seems too heavy to bear.. The following day, I witnessed a miracle Happen. A broken man ran across a field with open arms and felt Joy for the first time in years. He made it to the bottom of a rainbow! The next day, our video went viral. Things started to change. The tides turned. And miracles have been revealing themselves ever since. Follow me on Tik-tok if you wanna be a part of the Rainbow Tribe! 🌈 🫶🏽 @wanderingjon420 or (AsianMusk) #rainbow #tribe #love

Merry Christmas everyone! It was so nice to have an old school Evans-style Christmas. Think “Modern Family” (tv show), mixed with the show “Marlon” and a healthy twist of some Different Strokes vibes… and that’s what it is. (I say this all with ❤️). Anyway…it was so nice to eat homemade gumbo again and see my nieces and nephews and cousins. #2024 #blendedFamily #village

What a privilege and honor it is to have one of my former coworkers and friends now as our Son’s Pre-K teacher. 🤗❤️Such a full circle moment because she & many others never got to meet him because of the whole world shutting down in 2020. Well, here we are 4 years later reunited and I couldn’t think of anyone more perfect to watch over and teach my little boy! 🙌🏽We love you Miss Tyleena! You and your team are doing a fantastic job at our New Preschool Village!

Added a Skateboard to my workout routine this morning. I will most definitely add this in more often. However
Spoiler alert, I do fall on my second attempt at this.
But hey, it's all about how we get back up right!?

Today is #NationalBananaBreadDay 🍌🍞🤗
With the price of 🥚 #eggs still going up, have you ever considered an alternative?
#Flaxeggs are a great alternative! I promise you won't notice the difference. The Kids loved the banana bread.
My husband ate it up, bought more bananas and didn't hesitate to ask me to PLEASE MAKE MORE 🤣🤣🤣

Here's some great facts about flaxseeds and why you may want to try them out vs eggs in your next recipe

Flaxseeds are:
-Cholseterol-Free
- Known to lower cholesterol vs increasing it
-High in Omega 3s
( WhIch are Heart & Brain healthy, reduces inflammation)
- High in Fiber
(Improves digestion and weight loss efforts)
- Rich in Lignans
(lignans are plant fibers high in antioxidants helping lower the risk of cancer and improving overall health)
