Late post, but worked with @sehejjohar & @lydmf at @zap.outdoorz curating sound journeys for movement, meditation, and healing 💚

Festivals can be a portal for transformation, but they can also stir up overwhelming thoughts and physical exhaustion. These sessions were a space to ground, replenish and restore, so you could leave feeling more whole than when you arrived.

Leaning into the natural elements: bare feet in the grass, and building community outdoors in a way that sparked curiosity for a deeper connection to the surroundings.

What changes when you understand why you practice?

Join Lydia for a deeper exploration of Hatha Yoga + Pranayama, where we’ll look beyond the shapes and into the foundations of the practice.

Explore the oldest foundational practice that all our modern yogic practices are derived from. We’ll dive into a background of Hatha, slow asana practice, pranayama, and long savasana. A chance to balance your energies, and have a powerful internal experience.

Whether you’re newer to yoga or have been practicing for years, this workshop offers a chance to explore and learn from a fresh perspective and discover new layers within your practice.

Join Lydia for this special workshop and reserve your spot through the link in bio.
