What a fun experience this comp has been. Travelling to Fremantle for the first time and competing outside of QLD.

Big thank you to everyone that has supported me during this prep and cheered for me back home, I was feeling the love. ❤️

Huge thank you to the wonderful Brooke for not just being a great coach and friend but for also coming all the way over to WA as well

Congrats to Princina who competed at her first Nationals and everyone who has competed over the last couple of days!!

STRONGMANIA TASMANIA!!!

Round 3 of our qualifiers, hosted at the beautiful @leviathan.strength was a huge success! We had athletes decide to jump in the day before, first timers to strongman, and some returning from years out of this wonderful sport!

The biggest win is that everyone had FUN!

A huge thank you to those who helped with the running of this hectic event! It would not be nearly as fast or smooth without your help!

*congratulation to @whimsykirby for winning the Best Dressed! Your $100 Cerberus Australia gift voucher will be sent to you shortly!

Training today in the form of a push pull to give the old body a few test clacks, just like you do with bbq tongs before you use them.

Bench 95 ✅ 100 ✅ 105 ❌
Dead’s 180 ✅ 192.5 ✅ 205 ❌

Decent performance for 69.9kg BW. Pretty stoked to be not only lifting this competitively at my age, but also putting up respectable PB attempts whilst I’m at it.

See you in December @powerlifting_series
