🪷Yoni steaming is a tradition of womb healing, cleansing, and nourishment with the use of steamed medicinal herbs. The energy of doing this in a group ceremony often times amplifies the healing experience for all who allow them selves to be held by the divine feminine energy that effortlessly flows through us all when we gather with intention and open hearts. Guided by @lyla.jae of @Newearthdoulas
The steam will include a guided mediation to promote your healing and soundbath to integrate.

Memes are my love language 💕 and quality time with my girls is actual medicine for my soul. This trip to California filled my cup, deep talks with my girlfriends, those pictured and those of you not pictured (you know who you are). Even though my life feels split between Costa Rica and California the quality time with my girlfriends always feels like no time has passed. I’m so grateful for all the words of encouragement and support I’ve felt from the powerful women and mothers in my life. One more week and I’ll be traveling back to Costa Rica 🌴

Thank you to everyone that came out for Lily's 5th Mermaid Birthday Party. Your love, time, and presence made her day feel truly special. We are so grateful for each of you. The weather may have brought the rain, but all of you brought the sunshine.

Lily is growing up so fast, and every year she amazes us with her big heart, bright personality, and all the ways she’s learning and exploring the world. Watching her shine has been one of our greatest joys. Every year she becomes a little braver, a little brighter, and a lot more herself. We couldn’t be prouder of the sweet, silly, wonderful girl she’s becoming.
