💛2025💛 Oh my goodness… what a year you’ve been! I started off this year with studying for my A-Levels… not too many photos were taken, however, since most of the time they weren’t the most aesthetic study sessions - more so chaotic notes and flash cards EVERYWHERE. My highlight of this year was finding out I got a place at my dream university and college, Pembroke, Cambridge; that is how my 2025 started. Of course, that wasn’t to be. It’s definitely difficult to think about, due to the usual reasons… it being my dream, my hard work… BUT, due to the most unforeseeable happening, I ended up attending LBU instead, and I am so, so happy. I’m so proud of myself for achieving my dream this year, and whilst I’m not currently studying at the place I thought I would be, I couldn’t imagine not studying and living in Lincoln. I have met the most beautiful of friends, and attended the most insightful, exciting lectures, where I’ve not only expanded my knowledge on subjects I wasn’t knowledgeable on, I’ve also been able to expand my knowledge on my most favourites (Norse mythology!) I wasn’t a believer in everything happening for a reason, but this year has certainly made me ponder that notion. I feel like I’ve grown so much as a person, not just academically, as has always been my main focus, but also experientially, and I can fully say I wouldn’t change it for the world 🥰 I’ve tried to keep my pictures in order of the happenings of the year, but it was so incredibly hard to only pick twenty! 1. I published my first ever poem!💛 2 This was on holiday before my A-Levels, I wrote my name in Norse runes on the sand 💛 3. I WENT TO SEE MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING ON THE WEST END AHHH 🩷 4. The day I finished my A-Levels! I celebrated by watching Shrek 🙃 5-7: MY GIRLIES I love you all sooo much, we need to organise a meet up asap I miss you guyss💛 8: I finally started feeling more comfortable in myself 💛 9-10: I began studying English Literature at LBU, and matriculated! 💛 11-16: The beautiful besties I’ve met at University! I love you guys, and I can’t wait to make more memories with you all 💛 17: Lincoln 💛 18-19: I finished the year in France! 💛 19: I’m happyy!💛
