Set within the ancient forests and hot mineral waters of Breitenbush, this retreat is an invitation to learn the art of tending your inner hearth. Through steady movement, Ananam (facial massage and lymphatic drainage), restorative myofascial release, mindful morning and evening rituals, we tend to the internal fire so it continues to burn bright during this time of seasonal transition. Return home with a steady, nourished baseline to keep you grounded and clear as we approach the winter solstice.

Explore ancient tradition and cosmic wisdom to transform mindless habit into sacred presence during this four-day overnight retreat at Breitenbush Hotsprings. We will tap into the grounding energy of the Virgo New Moon and explore the art of Sacred Ritual as a pathway to clarity and self-devotion. This retreat integrates the wisdom of Astrology through daily Transit Talks with thoughtful movement practices—ranging from Meditative Slow Flow and Strong Alignment to Myofascial Release and Restorative yoga. Nestled within the healing waters of the hot springs, you will be guided to notice the patterns of perfectionism and control that distance you from the flow of the current moment. Through intentional yogic practices, self-massage, breathwork, mindfulness meditation, silent reflection, and forest bathing, we refine the rhythm of daily living.
Each participant will receive a 30-minute personalized astrology reading* based on their unique birth chart.

Just a few of my favorite moments from retreat that weren’t asana.

So much of retreat is about realignment and slowing down in day to day life so that we can see where opportunity of change and growth can happen from that level. Retreating is certainly a privilege - I noticed each person using this time of inward reflection so wisely. I am very blessed and honored to have been invited to be apart of holding space for others to slow down and reconnect to something deeper. It’s so cool to witness everyone so present. There was so much laughter and many moments of healing tears.

Thanks so much for @ellielucasyoga, @leahchristineyoga and all the retreat participants who made this experience so special.

I am happy to announce I’ll be back teaching at @true_self_yoga THIS FRIDAY at 12pm flow.

Thanks for all the love notes while I’ve been retreating in Mexico. They overflowed my already full cup. I’m feeling so inspired to teach. It probably has something to do with all the passionfruit and sunshine I’ve been taking in ✨☀️✨

See you Friday!
