Winter Clothes Swap Recap ❄️ 👚👖😎

Thank you again to everyone that came out and participated in the winter swap! We got some really good finds, a few climbs, and a lot of things found a new home!

All leftover items were donated to Goodwill, the Women’s Shelter, winter clothes to the Solidarity Fridge, and nonprofits that turn old clothes into insulation for housing!

Join us for the next swap in Spring! 💐🌿

Special thanks to @vegasskates and @katieotters for putting this all together 🧡

Courageous Kids Climbing x Nevada Climbing Center

Every year we have the incredible honor hosting Courageous Kids Climbing at our gym twice a year for adaptive kids with special needs.

Each time is always so special and this was no different. For years we’ve seen some of these kids as toddlers, and many of them have come back stronger, grown, and more confident in their abilities and skills climbing up our walls.

It’s been a beautiful experience helping our Courageous Kids through every foothold, fear of heights, and first sends.

We want to thank Jeff, the founder and coordinator of Courageous Kids Climbing, whom this event wouldn’t be possible without. We also want to thank all the parents and families that come through to support our Courageous Kids.

And most of all we would like to thank our volunteers, our amazing community, for showing up and stepping in to help belay each child, be their guide, and supporting them in their journey. You guys make the experience all the more worthwhile for the kids and for us.

So much love and so much joy came from this event and we are so grateful we could share it with you all 🧡
