This photo shoot was extra special — not just because of the work, but because of the people. ❤️

We all go to different gyms, have different schedules, and our lives are busy in their own ways. We don’t get to see each other often. But when I reached out for help with my business, every single one of them showed up — no hesitation, no questions asked.

That right there is what community looks like. Showing up for each other. Supporting one another’s dreams. And reminding each other that none of us have to do it alone.

So grateful for these amazing humans who showed up with love, laughter, and good energy. You all made this day unforgettable. 🙏

Shoutout to the best photographer @laurenghiphoto ❤️

EPISODE 6 is live!

This episode, we dive into the physiological effect stress has on the body.

As always, staying raw and vulnerable this week, diving into our personal experiences between IVF treatments, toxic work environments, burnout, and the pressure of grad school, as well as how the stress of each manifested in our bodies.

From autoimmune disorders to stress headaches, tummy aches, fatigue, bronchitis, and hives, we discuss the physical toll stress has on the body and how our bodies have responded to stress at our lowest points.
