Not an ATPR…but a PR for a LONG time & it means SO much. Even last week I was feeling so defeated about my knee and the pain that comes with squatting. Some days it’s bad…other days it’s better…some days it’s worse. @m.powered_ has been SO patient with me throughout this whole process and has been nothing but supportive.

SO enjoy my proud 265 :) it’s been such a journey but I hope we keep on the up & up🤪

When me and sissy lift together, our tism gets rizzin 🤣
Please watch the video in the 3rd. I saw her getting an swolfie without me which was unacceptable. That was me running and telling her to wait 🤣

You don’t always have to be the strongest in the room.

I’m not. Not by a long shot.
But I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. And that means more to me than anything.

And there’s more I have to give. To show myself what’s possible.

Bring it on coach. LFG

No competition. No jealousy. No tearing each other down.

Just women cheering for women

There’s room for all of us to win.
