CLOSED! 🏡

Bitter sweet, because I wanted to show this property every day and just walk through it! Possibly the most beautiful renovation of a vintage unit into a spectacular magazine quality condo I’ve ever had the pleasure of representing. BUT very happy to have sold for my clients, as they move on to their next project!

For fifty years, Phillip Jeffries has been the secret weapon of the world’s leading interior designers. Founded in 1976 by Eric Bershad and now helmed by his sons, Philip and Jeffrey, the family-owned company has made wallcovering synonymous with luxury, mood, character, and incomparable texture.

In the forthcoming “Phillip Jeffries: Walls: Inspiring Design One Wall at a Time,” rooms by such leading designers as Thom Filicia, Steven Gambrel, Alexa Hampton, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Jeffrey Alan Marks, Beth Webb, and others reveal how extraordinary materials transform a space. The book also explores how natural materials and centuries-old techniques such as weaving, gilding, and mosaic become the medium for modern design.

On sale in September. Available for pre-order from your favorite online bookseller.

The Edit: Color Theory.

Where high fashion meets high interior design. We’re dialing the palette to the max and making no apologies.

🔥🔥🔥 off the presses: It's a stunning new issue of Modern Luxury Interiors Midwest, featuring standout homes, fresh perspectives and endless design inspiration. Gracing our cover, designer Nathan Turner opens the doors to his richly layered Ojai retreat, sharing his approach to creating spaces that feel personal, collected and rooted in a sense of place.

Also inside, tour a serene Lake Forest family home by DGI Design x Build, where warm minimalism meets everyday functionality, and step inside Bob Coscarelli and Karen Valentine’s striking modern retreat near the Indiana Dunes, designed as a “glass box” immersed in nature. Plus, Amy Storm & Co. transforms a sprawling Oak Brook new-build into a sophisticated gathering place built for entertaining, alongside even more inspiring homes, designers and creative spaces shaping the Midwest design scene right now.
