2-2-2 bookish edition 📚🤎 Thank you to @quietlysarah_ and @quiet_littlechapters for tagging me in this lovely little challenge! 🥰 A little look at some books that have stayed with me, some recent additions to my never-ending TBR and a couple I can’t wait to get stuck into! Also, please don’t judge me for being a thriller lover who’s somehow never read Gone Girl OR anything by John Marrs. I know, I know 😩 Have you read any of my picks? I’d love to know what you thought! I’ve tagged a few lovely people to join in, but ran out of room for everyone! So please consider yourself tagged if you fancy having a go, and absolutely no pressure if you don’t 🥰🤎 #Bookstagram #BookishChallenge #BookRecommendations #ThrillerBooks #BookCommunity

Sooo many of the girls at work are encouraging me to read ACOTAR and the likes but I’m just not a fantasy gal however a promise is a promise so I will at some point get round to it 🫣😂 In the meantime I thought I’d ease myself in with Legends and Lattes and actually….I really enjoyed it! Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t full of spicy shapeshifting faeries, wolves, dragons etc however it did have mystical, magical characters with a good story line where we follow the life of Viv the Orc who decides to hang up her sword in search of new beginnings in the form of a coffee shop (where no one has even heard of coffee let alone tried it!) and on her journey she finds a crew of quirky, wonderful, unique characters who soon become her chosen family. It felt like a cosy, autumnal hug in a mug kind of story, perfect with a cup of coffee (tea in my case!) & a pastry! 🥐 ☕️ What book last pushed you out of your comfort genres? #legendsandlattes #cosyfantasybooks #aoifeloves2read
