We’re proud to be family owned, but being family isn’t just part of our story, it’s how we operate. Pop your head into the kitchen on any given day, and more than half of the staff will be family.

May 29th is a day we take off to observe a memorial of a loved one. We gather to share meals, we laugh, we cry, but we are together.

In Vietnamese culture, a meal is about more than food, it’s about the people around the table. We carry that same belief into our restaurants, making sure we always have time for the people around our table, both at work and at home.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support through the years. We will see you tomorrow!

Happy birthday to my human @m_sean_oconnor . You are one in a million - the most kind hearted, empathetic, thoughtful person - and I’m so lucky to get to love you and be loved by you. Through the great adventures and the most painful moments, I’m so grateful that we’re in this together. I’m wishing that 42 will be a year of new discoveries, hope, and all the joy that you deserve. 💜
