From our Wellness Day Event, held on June 11, participants empowered their bodies, minds and spirits through four diverse practices, coupled with tips on healthy ageing, benefits of the practices and take-home exercises.

Four holistic sessions on Tai Chi, Laughter Yoga, Resistance Training, and Mindfulness take-home exercises, accompanied by a convivial community spirit.

Here’s to nourishing our bodies, minds, and spirits together – the essence and building blocks for healthy ageing!

We would like to thank all participants who joined today’s event, as well as the hard-working team and trainers who made such an event possible.
