Scorching hot summer days can leave us drained and overheated. According to Ayurveda and Yogic Philosophy, our minds can become overheated just like our bodies. The ancient yogis came up with solutions: #Sitali and #Sitkari Pranayama - breathing practices that cool your body and your mind.

Head over to our journal (link in bio) to learn which technique is right for you so you can beat the heat during the dog days of summer...

***Sunday Night Meditation is BACK ***

See link in bio to sign up for our short and sweet weekly meditation.

*** *** *** ***

Yoga, in earlier forms, was primarily focused on preparing the body so that yogis could sit for hours (!) in meditation without aches and pains disturbing their focus.

In honor of International Yoga Day, we’re starting a weekly meditation group as a way to support our community- beginning this Sunday, June 22, at 8:00 pm EDT. It will be a 10-15 minute weekly meditation. Short and sweet (but powerful) to make it easier to carve out the time.

Our goal is to help our community learn to access the peace and steadiness that lies within, and to hopefully inspire more of you to meditate and do breathwork - forms of self care that are always accessible and cost nothing!

Link in bio to sign up for Sunday’s meditation.
