IT’S COACH BEN’S BIRTHDAY!!

For a limited time, we’re running a Birthday Punchcard Special at Parisi Speed School of SETX:

🔥 12 Sessions — $150

Competition is what drives us to grow. Without it, we get comfortable. Complacent. Stagnant.

And as a Speed & Agility Coach, sometimes you’ve gotta do more than just coach from the sidelines. Sometimes you’ve gotta jump in and compete too.

Especially when the kiddos start thinking the ole man ain’t got it anymore.

Had to remind ’em I can still move a little bit! 😉😂

Stronger. Faster. Better.

They aren’t just words… it’s what we train for.

Every lift. Every sprint. Every jump. One rep at a time. Building better athletes is what we do.

☀️ Summer at Parisi was one for the books! 💨🔥

From speed and strength to confidence and competition, our athletes showed up, put in the WORK, and got 1% better every day. 💪

Long days. Fast reps. Big gains. Even bigger energy. ⚡️

Summer may be over, but the work doesn’t stop here. Speed is a skill—and we’re just getting started. 🏃‍♂️💨

Meet the Coach Monday:

Meet Coach Maci! Coach Maci Has been a Parisi coach with us since 2022. She graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s Degree in kinesiology. While she was there, she also was a colligate cheerleader for 3 years and an assistant coach for the program in 2021. Coach Maci was able to go to NCA nationals in Daytona and Final Four for NCAA March Madness during her career.
Although she loves cheerleading, she’s been involved in all kinds of sports growing up including gymnastics, Track, Volleyball, and powerlifting. Keep up the great work Coach Maci!
