This is a very special one. Do you know about Mack Loenz, the new side project from Exzakt?

Why a new alias? Go listen to the music and you will understand.

This is the debut Mack Loenz LP 2×12", From The Heart.

A project that allowed me to explore a different side of my music, bringing together vocals, melody, synths and the freestyle + electro influences that have been with me for years, but in a way that felt right for Mack Loenz.

The vinyl is available now through Lone Romantic: https://loneromantic.bandcamp.com

Massive shout out to Maceo Plex for helping me get this out into the universe.

Mack Loenz delivers his debut album From The Heart on Maceo Plex’s Lone Romantic.

Across 10 tracks, the record blends analog synthesis, electro rhythms, retro-futurist textures and pop-influenced vocals, moving between euphoric club energy, melancholic tension and romantic futurism.

From shimmering arpeggios and driving basslines to gritty hoovers, expansive pads and pitched vocals, From The Heart brings together club functionality and a strong emotional core.

In Mack Loenz’s words: “In a time where there is a lot of darkness, this album is about bringing light, spreading positive energy, and creating moments that people can feel both on the dancefloor and within themselves.”

From The Heart is out now via Lone Romantic.
