Shoutout to my amazing street team, who keep me laughing, motivated, and only slightly unhinged through all of this ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ–ค You guys hype me up, keep me going, and make this whole author thing way more fun. A huge thank you to @wrenlockleyvo for bringing Blackshore to life in a completely new way through audio. ๐Ÿซ‚ ๐Ÿ“– Buddy reading ๐‘ผ๐’๐’‰๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ๐’†๐’… with @macthetoker was such a good idea! This was a hell of a ride and we each needed someone to yell at, but it gave us such joy. An asylum setting, Avery, and three MMCs who all bring their own brand of chaos? We were all in. I loved Theo from the moment he entered the story with all his psychotic, grumpy nonsense. Once this book got moving, it went FAST. I was already thinking about the next one. But that ending? Weโ€™re ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ mad. The third act breakup felt too sudden, especially after how intensely Grey fell for Avery. And Damon spent enough time complaining that weโ€™re still deciding how we feel about him. Mac called it โ€œthe worst ending to a good book,โ€ and honestly, I couldnโ€™t agree more. We had a good time reading it together, but now we need book two to explain itself. โ“Have you read Unhinged? Were you yelling at the ending too? SHEโ€™S HERE. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ“š I genuinely cannot believe I won a physical ARC of this book!! And yes, that was my actual reaction. ๐Ÿ˜‚ The only problem? I have to wait until tomorrow to start it because weโ€™re reading it together as a street team so we can discuss it. So naturally Iโ€™m going to spend the next 24 hours staring at it and wondering why I canโ€™t just start reading. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Tomorrow. We read. ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ“– #tamararectorauthor #momof3 #bookish #arcreader #booklover
