Driven by a careful appreciation of the historic lineages of techno, Madalba (@madalba____ ) has earned her reputation as one of Berlin’s foremost underground techno DJs since moving here in 2011. After spending time in Detroit collaborating with DJ Seoul, Tom and Angie Linder of Detroit Techno Militia, Madalba radically changed her approach to the techno concept, which she considers more of a social, political, and aesthetic phenomenon than just a musical genre. After residencies at Buttons, and its precursor Homopatik, as well as regular appearances at RSO, SchwuZ, SO36 and Berghain, she holds a coveted residency at Tresor since 2018. Known for her propulsive and percussive sound and almost trance-inducing mixing style that charts a seamless arc between the primordial and the futuristic qualities of techno, and beloved for her long sets stretching the perception of time and limits of sensation, Madalba stands out as a no-frills queen of the underground who can deliver a techno experience of timeless quality. We’re beyond excited to welcome this Berlin legend into the SOUP bowl 🔥 Playtime: 𝟬𝟮:𝟯𝟬 - 𝟬𝟱:𝟯𝟬 Ticket link in bio 🎫 𝗦𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟯:𝟬𝟬 - 𝟬𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗲𝗴 𝟱-𝟵 ……… Artwork by @andy.elkanani ✨

Just one single moment is enough to change the entire course of a life... 💔 On this exact day, it all began... the start of a grueling battle with pain after my injury. From that moment until today, the suffering, medical complications, and constant fatigue have never stopped. Yet, hope in God first, and in kind-hearted people second, has never faded. I am Hamed Al-Suwaisi, and I appeal to everyone reading these words to stand by my side. The costs of medical treatment and healthcare have become a heavy burden that I cannot bear alone. Your donation — no matter how small — or even simply sharing this post with your friends, could help ease this pain and allow me to continue my treatment. 🔗 Donation Link: [ضع رابط الحملة هنا]https://www.chuffed.org/project/169581-help-hamed-stand-on-hi-again-gaza (Or click the link in my Bio above) Your prayers and support mean the world to my family and me. 🙏❤️️
