Rehab progressing, feeling everything deeply, moving forward, creating change, building a home that I am proud of within me.

It takes time, patience, practice & gratitude.

If you’re feeling lost on this journey, it’s okay to feel that way.

Clean up your day to day habits, write down what’s important to you, reverse engineer that life.

It’s our day to day grind that builds the bigger, more beautiful picture.

If you’re ready & need some help, send me a dm 🤍

The girls hitting some heavy loads yesterday. Fridays are Lower Body 2 @gym444.syd & the girls have just completed Phase 8 of Macrocycle 2! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

What’s a Macrocycle?

Think of it as one big “chapter” of training, usually a few months long, with a specific goal. Instead of every week being random, all the weeks are building toward the same outcome, in stages (called phases). Once one macrocycle finishes, the next one begins with a new focus. This was Macrocycle 2, the winter chapter.

Macrocycle 2: Building Strength, Confidence, and Force, Winter Training Block.

This is the block where strength stopped being abstract and became real and visible.

As winter set in, training shifted toward teaching your body how to actually produce and use strength, not just build muscle or get tired from a hard workout, but genuinely get stronger and more capable under load.

Over the 4 phases (5–8), the weights used gradually got heavier. This wasn’t about maxing out or ego lifting, it was a structured, safe build up so members could learn to move well under load and trust that their body could handle more.

Rather than the occasional brutal heavy session, this block used frequent, high-quality practice on the main lifts. Doing them often and doing them well, is what builds strength, confidence, and clean technique. Extra exercises were added alongside to shore up weak points and help the body keep adapting as the weights increased.

Physically, this phase builds a firmer, more athletic, more defined body. But just as importantly, members walked away with real confidence in how they move and lift.

Winter was the perfect season for laying this foundation. This block was meant to feel focused and empowering, setting members up for more dynamic, high-energy training as the seasons change again.
