Kicking off the weekend a little early! 🥂✨ Piper @ladyastraea1 did an amazing job putting together this beautiful charcuterie board for a cocktail party we had the pleasure of hosting. It’s never a dull day at One Prime. Getting to work alongside an incredible team, partner with great farmers, and have the privilege of making someone’s day a little more special is what it’s all about. Let us exceed your expectations. #finedinning #MadisonWI #charcuterie #FarmToTable #wisconsincheese

Toss everything in olive oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and maple syrup and bake for 30-35 min or until squash is cooked through (mix croutons and squash seeds with olive oil salt and dried herbs and add to oven in last 15-20 min - monitor to make sure seeds don’t burn) 3. Bring olive oil and 1 tbsp tomato paste to medium heat in pot on stove and mix 4. Add broth and all veggies + juices from the baking tray to the pot 5. Immersion blend (or use standard blender) 6. Salt to taste, warm and serve This soup just speaks fall. The sourdough croutons and Parmesan take it to a different level!

October may be the month of ghosts and ghouls, but there’s nothing spooky about our October Featured Vendor, Madison Sourdough Company! 🎃🥖 @madisonsourdough (MSCo) is a Madison-based bakery and patisserie that bakes, mills flour, caters, and runs a café, all in the same place! Known for their delicious sourdough loaves (which take 36 hours to make!) and French-style pastries, MSCo sources 40% of their grain from @meadowlark_mill_and_farm and the rest of their grain, milk, eggs, and butter from Wisconsin farmers. Deeply embedded in the local food system, you can find MSCo breads and pastries in their storefront, or in a variety of cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores across the Madison area. 🥐 Check out our blog to learn more about Madison Sourdough Company!
