Recently I got asked how I went into Djing.
At the time I started, I had no turntables or a mixer at home, only a household turntable and a very small collection of records.

When I got asked to play my first Gig at the famous Mokka Club on a saturday night I said yes while simultaneously (and not literally) pissing my pants.

I knew this chance won’t come twice so I had to take it. So I went earlier to the club and asked what these buttons mean and how I have to use it (😂) I played 4 hours long - a mix between french chanson, rock, rap and jazz!

It was something I always wanted to do, because I truly love music but I never thought it will happen.

Fast forward standing in @soussoul.bern playing alongside @djsoulsource - feeling the energy of the people and make them dance is something I can never really describe. To hold the room and create a vibe, to feel the people’s energy, the feeling when they sing along, rap or breaking, is something that always brings me in awe.

For me Djing is to connect people, stories and energies and I am so damn grateful that I can play all the music I love.

So even tough you don’t feel ready, just do it - you will figure out the rest on the path anyway!

Thank you for supporting me and my journey into music, digging & djing @djsoulsource 🙏🏻

This is a love letter to my life:

I love you deeply with all the emotions, with the ups & downs.
Filled with a few special human beings that entered my life a long time ago and shortly.

The experiences I have made, because I choose them consciously, sometimes unknowingly what it will bring and nervously but always with a knowing deep down inside of me it will be worth it.

Few years ago something magical happened every three months, now it’s everyday!

The life that thought me to let go of jobs, friends & opportunities, to create space for new friends, new opportunities and the courage to be self employed.

The boundaries that protected it.

The life my little self always dreamed of.

The life that I have created, even it was just a vision in my head for so long - now it is my life.

I‘m in awe with the knowing that all works out for me.

I‘m in love with the experiences and myself as the experiencer.

I‘m surely not done with dreaming madly big, because I proofed myself too many times that it will unfold in the most beautiful way.

So please - dare to dream and to follow your dreams, even if it makes sense only to you.
