Canton Fair 2026, China. Don’t let the smile fool ya. Six and a half hours on my feet, legs aching, lower back feeling some type of way, but still smiling from ear to ear. What an empowering, eye-opening experience! From recording and international touring as a music artist, producing and running events, managing artists and musicians, working across creative industries and projects including PKC, Te Papakāinga Collective and Tuesday Live Soul Sessions New Zealand. To building PKC Media and Te Papakāinga Collective, what a journey it’s been. Some days I’m on top of the world, other days I’m questioning everything, but what keeps me grounded is trusting my inner compass, staying focused on the kaupapa, the people and the purpose, regardless of the outside noise. This past year has been an absolute trip, watching the visions and goals slowly come to fruition through planning, perseverance and just staying committed. Never in a million years did I imagine I’d be in China, networking, researching, building international relationships and connecting directly with suppliers. Yet, here I am. A Māori wahine from little old Tuakau, Te Pūaha o Waikato, Ngāti Tīpa, learning, growing and exploring opportunities that extend beyond business and into creating meaningful outcomes for our whānau and communities. A massive mihi to @prestigehustlar for the invaluable knowledge, guidance and encouragement while building my company, and for letting me tag along on this trip 🤛🏾💯. Also, big aroha to my friends and whānau and creative entrepreneurs who continue to inspire me to turn my passions into profession while staying of service to others. So much to learn, so many possibilities, and plenty more kōrero to come. Still learning, still growing, still building, always with purpose. #māoriledbusiness #cantonfair2026 #pkc #resourcetravel #sustainablity

Olho pra esse vídeo com gratidão por tudo que vivi por lá, e também por tudo o que essa vinda ao Brasil tem me proporcionado.

Took us 20 years to get to this point of us both singing again on this song. Due to other recording deal commitments back then, Madam Parker’s name wasn’t able to be published to this song, but here we are. 20 years later, is Wild! Notice You. Nā māua he uri nō Te Puuaha o Waikato. #noticeyou
