We are excited to announce Chris Magee’s Splits Series, our first new Practice Path 🎉

If you have ever wanted to add the splits to your practice, this month-long journey is designed to help you get there.

Session one explores your passive range of motion through a calm flow. Three more sessions follow, each with its own focus: Mobility, Strength, and Coordination. We recommend taking one session every other day for four weeks, charting your progress as you move with purpose and care through these deeper positions.

Release schedule:
Class One: Passive Motion in Flow (live now)
Class Two: Measured Mobility (Saturday)
Class Three: Between the Peaks (Monday)
Class Four: Controlling the Depth (Wednesday)

As always, remember our simple motto here at Commune: “Nothing rushed, nothing forced, everything found.”

This series is not a promise to get you into the splits in one month. For many, that is neither a realistic nor a healthy aim. It is a journey of self-exploration, with the right ingredients to help you improve your range of motion through consistent, targeted effort.

This is the first Practice Path we are releasing, and we have a few more lined up for the rest of the year. We hope you enjoy these focused experiences 🙏🏼

Catch you on the mat soon!
